If you arrive 15 min or more after your scheduled appointment start time it will be canceled out of respect to the clients we have after you!

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and respect the time reserved specifically for you. Appointments are confirmed in advance, and a valid card is required on file to secure your booking.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 fee.
• No-shows will be charged a $100 fee.
